[silk] CTR in Malleswaram stands for....?

I know there are quite a few people on this list who are familiar with eating 
joints in Malleswaram.
   
  CTR stands for: Central Tiffin Room or Central Tiffany Room? I have heard 
both versions, and was unable to verify the name when I was there recently.
