Um, Ludlum, IMO, is a garrulous fool! The worst two books I've read are the
Matarese Countdown and Scorpio Illusion, both by Ludlum.
For further increases in blood pressure, try reading "Digital Fortress"
or watching the "Die Hard 4" movie just after reading "Cryptonomicon".
