For the most part, the first three are laws lacking a victim. I won't speak to the immigration issue, other than to say I doubt there are many who don't see a point to at least some degree of immigration policy. Admittedly, this is out of my area of expertise, so ... The same cannot be said for laws against theft. There are victims who suffer loss.
