You are being very unfair to me and not allowing me a fair opportunity to point out that Other Backward Classes among Nigerians will obviously be given preference for a strictly defined period of time, which may however be extended indefinitely depending on social contingency. There are precedents. This is subject to obvious and long-due overdue reform of the Nigerian system, primarily in terms of re-structure in terms of linguistic states. And in case you are even thinking of crude and ad hominem rebuttals suggesting that the Nigerians have insufficient inexperience in such matters to classify themselves, I might point out - as if it isn't obvious - that we have extensive and intensive experience in such expert areas, and this knowledge is particularly well-refined in parts of our country which have contributed to the cultural diversification of large parts of the globe. We can ship out - my choice of words is, as always, subtle and apposite - erm, large numbers of experts, as well as expert-managers, at fairly short notice. For a quick refresher, read Amitava Ghosh. We may be looking at the next people-intensive growth industry. But I acknowledge humbly that this too, like my original remarks, may not have been sufficiently well-researched, and may, depending on the angle at which you view it, seem light-weight and not worth debating in serious fora.
