Eh? Only to the extent Obama is not responsible for the actions of Congress, which controls much of this. The recent "stimulus" bill was a record-shattering orgy of graft, corruption, and influence peddling, and so transparently so that even some of the pigs at the trough seem ever-so-slightly embarrassed by it for a change. For every abuse that has nominally been reined in, it has been on the condition that three more be perpetrated.
Obama is not Congress, but he will still get painted with whatever foolishness they manage to push through, particularly if he fails to find the veto pen like his predecessor.
