I've seldom seen more cynical views of politics than yours.
Despite still being pretty bitter about 1984, I voted Congress and in
the past have assisted in the election of a Congress MP in Punjab. I'm
fully aware that this puts me somewhere in the spectrum between race
traitor and confused cynic. The way I see it though, the choice was
between a party that actively voices and acts on anti-minority
(therefore, anti-me-and-my-family) sentiment and another that will
only do so in the most quietly underhanded and cynical way for
political purposes. I had to keep the wrong lizard from getting in.
