I prefer the Kumarakom Lake Resort - both are very nice, but the KLR is much more traditional in feel. Cottages made of wood from traditional Kerala homes, and a much more Olde Dayes feel to the place. Zuri is much more glitzy (even has a speedboat moored by the hotel) and, to my mind, anonymous-luxe feel to it. Udhay -- ((Udhay Shankar N)) ((udhay @ pobox.com)) ((www.digeratus.com))
