I did not mention thicker fuller lips as a sign of femininity because I cannot 
recall having read any descriptions to that effect - unlike the other 
features I mentioned.

Having said that i wonder if the larger lip-to-face surface area ratio is 
important for femininity. Women have smaller faces - a feature that is 
accentuated by fuller hair. The woman who invites more (male) attention (and 
female irritation)  is the one who fluffs up her hair around her head rather 
than one who ties it all back. But this is not apparent in the picture. So 
the lips possibly play a bigger role. 

Attractiveness and femininty are also indicated by the effects of estrogen - 
i.e.  A full, thick head of hair and breasts. And the hips of course. The 
wide hips promising a wide pelvic birth canal

Patient: "Yeth. And I'm only thixthteen!"
