GoI gives land to certain projects on 99-year lease terms and I assume Rahul Mehta wants the government to stop doling out those 99-year leases for paltry amounts to for-profit companies (like BIAL, etc...??), which he opines should pay some minimal amounts as rent to the GOI and citizens on a shared basis.
