Started as software engineer (yes, can hear the groans). After 4.5 years decided to quit and joined a journalism school. Joined a daily paper as a reporter around a year ago. Now quit that because of health reasons (dont' get me started on that.) Which happened a week ago, so the name of this thread came as a pleasant surprise. 'Coz am seriously wondering what do do next.
Can't go back to tech. no no. Could become slackademic. One more degree. Maybe a Phd. Will be fun to see a Dr. added on. Take up music again. This time as a career maybe. Perhaps write stories no one will read. Or keep reading books and not give a damn. Just realised a small glitch. None of these grand plans have a remote 'earn-money-in-short-term-horizon' agenda. Which is not good. no no. Confused as ever :) HA!
