ah, nothing new and the intimidation is not restricted to the corporate world or govt sector firms. The 'complain to bosses/friends-up-there' intimidation tactics is my personal experience within the Indian FLOSS community. As for ethics, its harakiri to have any or should I say it needs guts of steel to be ethical all the time --practically impossible when the system fails to support an ethical person, consistently. I recall a reporter opining that Gandhigiri was great to watch on a 70mm screen with actors paid to essay their roles perfectly. Reel life != real life. -- .
