In a sense, the posher parts of Delhi, Bombay, and Bangalore are South Delhi, South Bombay, and South Bangalore. South India is also, I believe, better off on most developmental indices. Is this just a funny coincidence? Or is there something more to it? (Or am I completely wrong in identifying South Delhi/Bombay/Bangalore as the more posh areas?) - Pranesh
