My point is that it isn't about the technology - it never is a barrier -
even Swiss notes which have some of the best security features are known to
be forgeable, the real barrier has to be intent. It is about the trust, and
how boldly will your neighbor piss in your garden while you are watching?

A hundred years ago, before the age of the nukes that is, this would have
been just cause for war.
