I recall reading that the paper and some security features for Indian currency are done abroad. This is clearly a problem. If it was alll made in India - at least someone could be nailed for leaking the "secret formula". After nailing 6 or 7 fakes they wwould get the real guy. Once you oursource a thing like making curreny then you can only writhe and kick about when it gets faked. shiv
