Yes -- Gigapedia is not lost (only ~4% of it is missing from the Other Library
That Shall Not Be Named, and most of that will be probably recovered as 
time passes). It is however very important to keep that other, more secret 
library out of the limelight so it can be replicated more widely. So be aware
that it exists, but do not mention it prominently. Make private,
local mirrors if you want the body of survive (~8.5 TByte at the moment).
