Venkat,

I think all obituary remembrances of friends of members on Silklist a
appropriate.

I don't know you, and obviously I never knew your friend Sriram Bala.

But I offer my condolences on the loss of your friend, and I thank you for
bringing this notice of his existence, however unequal this short notice is to
his to his reality, to our attention. In the trite but profound words of Linda
Loman (Willy Loman's wife from the play "Death of a Salesman"), "Attention
must be paid". You have paid attention; you have shared his story, however
brief it may be, For whatever it's worth (not much, I know), this story has
touched me. Thank you. And again, condolences on your loss.

With sincere regards,

jrs
