Sriram and I crossed paths some years ago in Bangalore. We were both interested in photography and hung out a few times talking about the woeful state of film processing in Bangalore. At one time he even proposed setting up a communal dark room in his spare bedroom.
I talked to him a couple of times after we both came back to the US. But we drifted apart. When Livejournal started rotting on the vine, the updates I used to get about what he was up to ceased. RIP, Sriram Bala.
