I'll also stick to the traditional no-alcoholic-drink-to-go-with Indian food (perhaps there used to be soma rasa in the old days, but I am not sure of that)...our tradition is to have filterkapi after the meal. In fact,I am heretic in having it with the meal! But those of you who want to experiment...I'd like to know if some standardized accompaniment emerges;;; Deepa.
