I've been at the receiving end of Singapore government's dislike of free media. 
I worked at far eastern economic review. An issue where I wrote about temasek 
got into trouble as it had an interview with Chee soon Juan. So, yes, I know, 
and do look up my pieces on Singapore and the free press besides other things. 

But like every individual, there were some sensible things Harry Lee did
