Dear Silklisters, I'm spending a year at Stanford University as a journalism fellow <https://jsk.stanford.edu/fellows/class-of-2019/h-r-venkatesh/> and am keen to meet any silklisters in the bay area. Happy to arrange a meeting if we can all match schedules. Otherwise, I'm up for one-on-one meetings too. Related: I'm also trying to cobble together an India-related interdisciplinary team here, with the eye towards tackling some commons governance problems as an experiment. Perhaps we can build a prototype of something. This last part is still a work in progress, and not related to my official work as a fellow. But it is borne out of my frustration at seeing very little India-related gatherings that aren't focused on some aspect of culture. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough?!
