Books on the subject of colonics can be found at the health food stores, the Irons Program is a good one, Gray's is good as well. One of the most important aids to effective detox is the use of juice fasting. Only organic fruits and vegetables should be used. Some excellent books were written on this subject by Norman Walker, who lived to be well over 100 and remained healthy and mentally clear throughout. Excellent books on fasting and juice fasting can be found through the American Natural Hygiene Society, I think they are in Tampa,Fl. I can recommend a new newsletter that has proved to have a lot of valuable information on herbal formulas and methods of use, (804)973-0262, it is $44 a year (8 issues). The information on echinacea in a single article alone (a brief mention of several paragraphs in one issue) was worth more than that. We are using one of the formulas for cleansing the bowel that was included in this publication, it is working well (after about a week into it). There is a 5 day liver cleanse program, complete list of ingredients, even sources for things difficult to find. I appreciate this kind of thing. The physician featured, Dr.Richard Schwartz, has studied with renowned experts, like Dr.Christopher, and others. He has had a very successful practice for decades and is now making his protocols and formulas available to the public. His emphasis is on teaching others to be practicioners of herbal methodologies. Even with scientific studies, "cures" are withheld from the market indefinately by the powerful pharmaceutical cartel and their agents, FDA,AMA,CDC, ETC...ETC.. They have also made it illegal to share the results of your scientific studies while the review process (controlled by the powers that be) is taking place (it may take decades). If there is any kind of a "leak" the studies are promptly rejected. It can take enormous amounts of time and money to get to the point where "they" simply tell you your scientific studies are inadequate, the results are indecisive, go back to the lab and try again.
