Almost any water testing lab can do a PPM test on the CS, check your
local phone book.

Yes, if you want to make your own and want to rase the PPM the only thing
that you have to do is to heat the water. I made a device a little while
back that uses a coffee maker heater to heat the water before making the
CS. I put the distilled water in the glass and left it on the hot plate
of the coffee maker, used the normal time to make 20 ppm, and the
results were more of a silver looking water rather than the normal golden
yellow color. I never had it tested for ppm but you could see it was
strong because the water had a silver tint to it.
