Mike, I have not noticed any cramping of my lower abdome after drinking CS, and for a while I was taking extremely huge doses. My wife, however, when taking much smaller doses did note some cramping. Neither of us noted any diarrhea. So the chances are the intestinal flora was not affected. The cramping seems to me to be an individualistic response as my children have not had any experience with cramping when they took CS.
