We havn't had any cramping either, constipation...well that is another story. I often used a "formula one bowel cleansing" of Dr.Schultze's, or just aloe vera cape powder, when using large doses of CS (4-8 ounces of 5ppm a day). Works well, tapered off when symptoms passed from the illness, and introduced acidophilus/bifidus culture supplement. BTW...thanks for the info on the flora sups.!! Also, I think it is great that everyone has the freedom to share their feelings. This is what this country was founded upon....freedom of speech (with reasonable parameters, of course). We certainly will not agree with each other on many things, even the most important things, but every man has the right to choose his own path. It is the American way, or at least used to be. We can thank Gary Hawkins for promoting free speech on this list. There are a lot of moderators that are little more than foolish/hypocritical/bigots who insist that everything they don't particularly "cottin to" gets the boot.
