Mike, you are off base, buddy. First of all, there is no time limit on contending for the truth! If something needs to be gotten into, "it is time"! :) There is a need for a clear, and truthful approach to what we are supposedly doing on this list. Stating that argyria is a "credible threat", as you have previously done, is why you and I had our little debate. The confusion about Marx/Lindeman, was secondary. (and though I apologized for my misconnection, you refuse to put it behind us....do you have another motive? an ax to grind?) We all make mistakes, Mike, even you. I have found it very therapeudic to just admit them and get on with it. If you sit around counting the days, just waiting for a shot at the back of a friend, well, there is something you need to forgive. Mike, we have talked off the list since our "debate"and I was under the impression that we were communicating very well. I see this is not the case. I have been asking you to get back to me, in private e-mail, as you know (you said "I'll get back to ya."..well, I guess you sure did! Maybe.."at me" too?:). Could you not mention this to me off the list first? This is the first time I have seen anything like this sort of hostility from you. I have been totally unaware of your difficulties in this area , till now. Also, I have not attacked anyone. I contend over medical/ideological positions, and with zeal. I apologize/acknowledge error when appropriate. This is fair enough. The "purposeful but unintended attacks on participants of the list" , as you so subtley put it, is a false accusation. I am not "attacking anyone", there have been no bruises! I am debating positions on subjects that are very important. Everyone has the right to be ignorant, or wrong, but the opposing view needs to be presented, and without apology. I am working hard to be involved in the latter, rather than the former. :) Argyria is NOT a "credible threat" as you stated. And diabetes does not have to be a life sentence of insulin shots and worsening circulation problems resulting in numerous amputations of the extremities (which is so often the case, as many already KNOW!).This is the end of this sort of approach. There is also the matter of possible coma, and insulin dosage reactions (Also, actually worsening the condition through the use of prescribed insulin!). There is no hope of recovery offered in this method.(As Tom has already shown us.)
