Dear Jade, I`m not sure about the oxygen therapy, but I have read that the bacteria in the colon aren`t affected by CS as it is absorbed before it gets to the colon. Those who need to clean the colon of bad bugs have to insert CS in the other end. I have been taking CS off and on for 18 months now,orally of course, and if I don`t happen to have any good bugs left down there, apparently I don`t need them. Marsha
