Hello Jade and Listers. Being rather new to the silver list, and not
particularly knowledgable of CS (yet) I can't comment about the need for
extra intake of good bugs with the use of CS.However, it has been my
experience that the use of supplementary good bugs following intense
oxytherapy is almost a must, as is the use of supplemental antioxidants.My
two cents worth.>
