Hello list, especially our newer arrivals... It's always a balancing act between volume and fineness of focus. If we go too far afield we'll lose those who don't have the time or energy (due to ill-health) to wade through the volume.
We shouldn't become embroiled in detailed tech discussions of *other* alternative health topics. But there's no reason not to tell us what you're doing and how it's working, and lead the discussion off to other forums when it gets too arcane.
