For a very good reason, I do not think that information on the "Auto-Thumpy" is off-topic. You see, While auto thumping, and "Zapping" CS provides very good support for your immune system while yours is suppressed from using those devices. Some infected immune system cells will be killed and removed from the body by the remaining healthy ones. CS use during this period is alleged to provide a backup temporary immune system. CS should always be used in conjunction with any health regimen which may cause toxic reactions or immune system suppression. So, You see, It's really not THAT off-topic Huh? P.S. Was very glad to find your CS list after ours was derailed...
