CS List/eners, Much CS activity is focussed on the alleviation of serious medical problems and rightly so. One reads of people takeing their dailyspoon full of whatever ppm etc.
My regime now a part of my daily routine is to drink my half to one pint of CS water of ppm "one" (taking regular sips thru the day) and almost never stronger except to quell a stomach bug. I have found that using the Uno ppm mixture as part of my daily water intake -- gives my teeth some care in that I now have very much less bacteria in those inacessilble back areas -- easily tested with a soft tooth pick and the simple smell test. Not very scientific but the nose knows!! One rinses thru the mouth and teeth for 10 seconds before swallowing. PROBLEM: This I believe does stain the teeth off white, again this is an unscientific observation. My proposed answer to this is baking soda and 3% H2O2. I will start this presently as I'm conscious of my yellowed teeth. My gums are healthy and my fillings surprisingly tight even with daily insertion of tooth brush hairs to clean into those almost inacessible cavities between the fillings -- apparent less bacteria present on the teeth, leaves the fillings more intact with no bacteria working down under them and lifting!! I also have the 1 pint spray bottle of 15 ppm CS (indicated with my trusty TDS-1) in its protective double sock as a light shield in the bathroom, and spray the slowly thinning balding patch on rear top of cranium. This daily drenching of the hair with CS is my attempt to slow the balding process, again it my not be very scientific. DISCOVERY: CS makes a great ungreasy "hair oil". Yes, this daily drenching after brushing my hair and scalp under the shower -- leaves my soft hair nicely in place when the hair dries. Probably also colours the grey so very slightly. This unscientific contribution probalby won't have me nominated for the Noble Medicine prize, but hey, anything to make life's illusion that little more tolerable and pleasant.
