I use 1 oz of 10/12PPM CS mixed with two capfuls of 3% drugstore hydrogen peroxide in 600 ml of water and a water pik to control gingivitis. I try to do this twice a day and have found that on subsequent visits to the dentist that the gum recess appears to be receding slowly. Most areas have gone from 4 to 7mm to 3 to 6mm and no bad breath or morning mouth. Bill
