I'm new to this list, which was recommended as a wonderful place to learn about CS. My wife makes our CS in the plastic container which came with the unit. I'm wondering if we should trash the plastic and switch to glass. Also, the Hanna company was recommended for obtaining an inexpensive TDS meter (for measuring PPM). I emailed them for info and pricing, but have not yet received a reply... any suggestions? One more question. We have been making CS at 7 or 8 PPM, and use only at the first sign of colds, but I've recently been told that 10 to 20 PPM would be better. How about topic applications?
