I thought of your idea to forward the clock to 2000 to test for y2k compliance, and suggested it to friend who was working on a computer. He wouldn't dare do it. He said that once the computer stopped working, he might not get it back up to work again. When hospital instruments were tested by forwarding the date to 2000, the instrument immediately stopped working.
A prophet by the name of Johnel thinks there will be an accidental nuclear exchange between Russia and the U.S. because the Russians (possibly under U.S. pressure) may be forced to test for y2k compliance. This testing might accidentally set off their nuclear warheads, but they will frantically self-explode many of the warheads in mid-air, but will not be able to explode all. The U.S. will explode some also, but about 3 or 4 warheads will reach the cities, one of which will be Lexington, possibly in the month of December. Johnel has had many visions of U.S's future, if the people did not pray, including invasion of the U.S. by Russia, Red China, and other countries. He even has drawn on a map where they will invade--if I remember correctly, it will be from Mexico, San Francisco, two spots on the East Coast, and others. Johnel has completed writing a book about the 30 years he's been a prophet of Jesus Christ to call this nation to pray, and is about to publish it. People did not heed the call to prayer, and the y2k computer bug is but one of the judgments coming to the world. Johnel now warns to start storing food, water, and anything else you'd need to live without electricity, etc. Next year may be too late, as panic may cause severe food shortages.
