Hi! It was I who had the Hanna instrument with "the ones digit inoperative". It turns out that I never had a TDS-1 to start with ! What I had was a DIST-1. They very graciously replaced it for me with a DIST-WP1, in which the resolution is "1" rather than "10"! It appears that the original one I had was an "older model". YOU REALLY NEED TO BE VERY SPECIFIC in what you ask for! I sure learned my lesson! My best wishes to all. Ginny ---------- From: M. G. They were as unhappy as you were until someone pointed out there were supposed to be 3 digits. They sent it back as defective. Similar problem, Doug? Just something else to look into.
