Hi Jim,
I would suggest that you compare a slide of 50% yogurt and 50% CS with
a slide of 50% yogurt and 50% distilled water, using the same water as used to
make the CS. Same with the 10/90. It could be that adding the CS makes the
sample less viscous, allowing easier movement of the bugs. Making both
samples the same viscosity as above might make a better experiment.
What do you think? I look forward to hearing of your results.
