The inevitable finally happened...I got bit by a deer tick. I carefully removed it promptly and disposed of it. This was yesterday. I had started taking 1 tablespoon of home-made CS four days earlier. Any suggestion on what I should be taking for CS dosages to prevent Lyme. I do not have a rash as of yet. Just a tiny red dot where it was feeding. The physicians in my area do not normally treat w/ antibiotics until symptoms appear. One doctor went as far to say that 99% of the time you get the rash. If not, then no Lyme. I can not find any literature that backs that claim up. Has anyone heard this before?
