Hi Jim,
I saw your post on using CS for an abscessed tooth and it got me to
wondering. The nerves to my two front teeth are dying thanks to an assault
by a couple of street thugs. I was wondering if you know of anything that I
might do to keep the nerves from dying. The dentist said that right now the
nerves are functioning as normal, but that on the x-ray they are black and
probably dying. They tend to "ping" a bit and hurt some. I don't know if
you have any knowledge or reference material on teeth, but I thought that I
would ask since you seem to have many answers for some of our questions.
Thanks,
Vern.

. The main thing I have seen results with are my teeth. I do have
trouble with my teeth, and from time to time I get one that abcesses
on me. (have one right now giving me trouble). I will take the CS in
my mouth and swish it around until it gets body temp. and then hold
it on the tooth. I will do this several times per day at about a
tablespoon each time. I continue this until the tooth has stopped
hurting, which takes different lengths of time depending on the
tooth. It will generally stop the tooth from hurting in a day or 2,
but after a few days of staying off the CS the tooth will start to
hurt again, and I will hit it again until it stops. If I would
continue taking it, the tooth would probably not hurt at all. I just
get lazy and stop!
I have had no side effects that I can tell, from my use of homemade
CS.
Hope this helps!
Jim Einert, N.D.
