One website that has dosage information/ideas is : www.nextek.net/diamondk/howtousecollslver.htm It suggests one teaspoon a day for 7 days and then 1/2 teaspoon daily. (I usually take one teaspoon morning and one evening, as I have some dental amalgam concerns and believe that silver can reduce absorbtion of mercury vapor.) Note: If you have a chronic problem with bacteria/virus, you may expect a "herx reaction" on the third or 4th day after you begin taking the colloidal silver, (I did). This is from your elimination organs being overloaded with toxins from the 'die-off' of the parasites. Be sure to drink plenty of water and you should be able to get through the crisis. Do not be discouraged and stop because if you cease before all the pests are dead, the survivors may be more resistant and harder to kill. Don't overdo at the start with too large doses.
