  I know what you mean about the herx from h---.  In the beginning that
happened to me and now I have had about weeks worth of great days.  I have
increased and can feel another one coming on.  Here's hoping it is not as
bad as the last one.  As remember you are not buggin anyone, that is why we
are all here.
