Jeanette,
  I am sure you will receive a great response with that question.  I have
been taking CS for about 8 months now.  You probably did the same thing I
did, not take enough.  I have been increasing about every two weeks now and
it is making a big difference.  There are others out ther who have been
"cured" with the CS.  Hang in there and if I can help in any way let me
know.
