To Gary and Bob Lee or anyone else who might know,

Checked out the www.hannainst.com website and am totally confused as to
which meter you guys are talking about. I know you call it a TDS-1 but I
can't find anything with exactly that name. And then to add to the
confusion, some of their links come up with a page that says "File Not
Found" etc so that doesn't help at all.

They have conductivity testers, they have ionic specific meters, they have
all kinds of testers, meters, and probes. Also, I see no meter at all for
$20. Can someone please check out that site and let me know where to go on
it? Also, I've been reading all of you guy's posts with avid interest as
I'd like nothing better than to be able to know the PPM of my homemade
silver. Now, I'm assuming that the final consensus is that this meter can
do this, after a fashion. Am I right?

I sure don't mind spending $20 on something that can give me an idea of
what I've made in the way of CS but you guys have got to realize that it
can be hard to wade through your posts for someone like me who has no
training in any of this. Please don't take what I said wrong. I'm not
condemning you guys for knowing more than I do. It's just that I
occasionally need a translation :-) Okay?

Thanks for your kind help,

Sharon
