Hi Erik, I take the CS internally every day and have for more than two
months. When I get sneezy from allergies, I use the CS in a nasal inhaler as
well. There were old inhalers around the house and I soaked and washed them
very throroughly, rinsed them with distilled water repeatedly and then put CS
in the bottle.
It has worked for me. This is the first time in 9 years that I haven't
needed prescription allergy medicine. The internal CS helps fight the
constant threat of bronchial infection I always face during the allergy
season.
