I believe you find that CS does a lot of things that are not specific. I have taken CS daily for well over 3 years and my allergies are all gone. Well that is not completely true, I am still somewhat allergic to cats and some kinds of mold. But nothing like I once was.
Is this from CS or is it just do to my bodies cycle? Can't tell, but I do believe CS will help Hay fever and other allergies when used over an extended time.
