 Hi Alonzo,
 Here is Bob Lee, poster of the current limiter made with two parts.
 The LM 317T is ok, RS part # 276-1778.
 The potentiometer can be any pot with a one or two watt rating, usually
its a "carbon element, 1 watt, linear pot". However a plastic element
pot will also work. The pot should be about 2 or 3 bucks. Remember its
adjustable so even a 500 ohm or a 1K ohm will do the job. The key word
here is "linear", don`t get an audio taper. Don`t have the RS part # at
hand, will send it if I do find it. Can`t even find my catalog.:-)
