Hi Jolly, You are the only other person I know who has read Your Own Perfect Medicine. My naturopath has me injecting 1mm a day of my urine. I could not believe how much energy it gives me. I stopped it for a mth. and was back to feeling tired all the time within 4 days. I struggle to keep my pH factor neutral. Do you have the same problem and if so, what do you use to control your pH?
