Hi Vilik,
I check my pH first thing in the AM, and if it's neutral, I collect a few
oz. of my urine, mid-stream, then inject 1cc into my thigh. I've not had
any problems. I stopped for a month because I had what I thought was a
severe yeast infection, and I didn't want to take any chances of
contaminating the urine. It turned out that I was having an allergic
reaction to a new brand of toilet paper I was using...Ouch! Went back to my
old TP, and everything cleared up. Started the injections again, and was
back to feeling more energetic. I use Coral Essence to keep my pH in line,
and of course diet, but I still run acid on my own.
