Hi Maurice,
Are you talking about Hilda Clark's Zapper?  If so, no, it won' hurt the
enzymes.  Enzymes aren't alive.  If you're thinking about friendly bacteria,
the little critters that keep your intestines happy, it may affect them, and
you should take a pro-biotic like acidophilus to keep things even.  I use a
Rife/Bar device that works much the same as a zapper, and use a product
called PB8 to help restore friendly bacteria.
