Hi all, Someone asked in a previous post what is a die-off and I hit the wrong button and deleted it. So here is the answer to the question. Die-off is when the CS comes in contact with a bacteria or virus such as what causes lyme. The die-off can cause a majority of symptoms from headaches, diareha, flu like pains, muscle pains, joint pains, just feeling awful. This is also called a herxheimer reaction.
