My skin itched terribly when I was recovering from candida, too. I was only
using capryllic acid & acidophilus, but I would think with CS's
effectiveness, you won't have much more than a week or so of mild to
moderate itchies (everybody's different). Mine lasted 2 weeks intermittently
but I felt SO much better when it was done. Staying away from sugar, flour &
starchy veggies will help send it packing, especially if you're drinking
LOTS of water (the most important thing). Your body can't flush out the
toxins unless it's better-than-sufficiently hydrated. You will feel very
differently than you do now, so you'll KNOW when to stop.

Good luck!
Heather

Thanks for the response Henry,

How long should I take CS and how long will the herx last?

I itch all over too.

How do I know when to stop?

Jo
