CS>oroate minerals to marshalee

Are these forms absorbable? I ask this due to kidney stone issues. I dont think 
I have ever seen these forms in health food stores.For absorbablity, I take the 
citrate forms but citrate gives me head aches. It is alot more difficult to get 
adequate forms of minerals than vitamins I am noticing.
